“I was disappointed with the delivery time - I admit this was mostly my own fault because I didn't really read the information. In my defence, I'm retired and don't always notice "next day" is a Saturday. But I wanted this machine quite urgently and although I could have just ordered it from Amazon, I wanted to do more to support small business. What that meant was that instead of receiving it on the next day, I had to wait four days. I was so disappointed.”

“The materials were the thing I was most excited about, especially the fleece. I made my first mini plush out of some camo and green fleece fabric and it was SO SOFT and I absolutely loved it. The batik fabrics are so pretty! Especially the pumpkin ones! Those will be good for Halloween-themed things. I was a little disappointed by how ridiculously small the buttons I ordered were, but after I started making another mini plush, I realised they're actually the perfect size for them, so I no longer have any complaints about those. I am a bit sad that the light-coloured pink, purple, and white buttons ended up being exclusively white, though. The threads were colours I was interested in, like gold or different shades of red. I'm after as many colours as I can get since I want to make plushies of all sorts of colours.”

“I have always been happy with the exeptional help given me by the staff both in person and on the phone. The range of fabrics is very good. My main problem is that as I am disabled I find difficulty in accessing the shop from the car park. Staff help with my walker and I know I can enter from the rear of the shop but this difficult for me. I would be happy to order on line but have found the colour of fabrics misleading. recently I was looking for a cream 60 inch fabric and on screen this looked quite dark and other fabrics I've been sent are far different to the sample on screen. This was not a problem as I had already bought fabricsv from theb range. These are not complaints but hiope the they help you to improve your excelent service.”
