“Now just one of the websites specialising in alcohol-free drinks, but my favourite due to range of drinks, clear reviews and cost. Website, checkout and delivery have always worked well.”

“No problems with this order in spite of DHL losing/damaging the first parcel! It was swiftly replaced in their usual timely fashion. The goods are of reasonable value. I just wish I could drink alcohol as the O% is never a real replacement currently.”

“My order was missing 3 out of 9 bottles. When I pointed this out, Wise Bartender was very sympathetic and said they would chase it up, but I've had to chase them up, twice now, and there is still no resolution to the missing 3 bottles. Even if the problem is not at their end, I shouldn't have to continue to chase up Wise Bartender - they should be contacting me. If the problem can't be solved quickly, they should just deliver 3 more bottles, especially as I waited in all day for a delivery finally happened an hour after the slot I'd been given. I wonder whether DHL is the correct company to use for deliveries, given their performance on this occasion.”

“My order arrived super quickly and in a nice sturdy box. The Moderato red wines are a godsend, not the real thing but on the dry side and drinkable. A healthy natural kind of taste, not sickly or too sweet. Most people prefer it chilled but I’m happy with room temperature if it’s cold outside. Speaking of which when I had a cold I mulled it with some orange and lemon peel, cloves and a bit of apple juice. Delicious!”
