“There were initial delivery problems that I found out to be due to the delivery company rather than Wise Bartender. After contacting WB by email I was assured that another would be sent out straight away via another delivery company. Package arrived safe and sound.”

Hi Paul, Sorry to hear about these issues. I have just checked the tracking which shows it as leaving us but no scans into the Parcel Force hub! I'm going tpo reach out to them and find out whats happening. If needed we will get another shipped with another carrier. “Received my order a day late down to problems caused by the courier damaging the packaging. When I asked for help from Wise Bartender it was given in a way that gave me confidence. I will certainly use them again. Product was undamaged even though the box was broken.”
