“Overall pleased with the service and item ..: I did sadly have 3 emails stating that there was going to be a delay in delivery so a week slot ended up at nearly 4 weeks .. it arrived in order and item is great ..I understand that not everything is always in stock but a note stating that it is being ordered from the manufacturer would have been helpful … will use site again in any case”

“Robot mower arrived very poorly packaged, and quite clearly a re-sale. Box was re-taped, and there was very little protective packaging in the box. The mower based was broken. Not being able to offer a replacement, and a refund only after collection was disappointing. I ordered the same product from another supplier and it arrived with proper packaging, well secured in the box, and all the paperwork (which was lacking in the Tooled-up item. Two stars due to reasonably quick response, but overall disappointing.”

“I orderd a Karcher jet washer but the main lance was leaking, so I contacted customer services and they responded quickly and after sending a photo/vid I have just received a replacement lance. their communications through out was exellent the price I paid was great and would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you all at Tooled up.”
