“£5.95 for 24 hour delivery on a tiny item, was out of stock and delivered 16 days later. Customer service, poor, no interest in making things right or keeping updated”

“When the branch croppers appeared on Tooled-Up's eBay site it was a huge relief as my searches elsewhere proved entirely negative. My preference for this particular tool is based on some 22+ years successful use of an identical product, same make, now in need of replacement. My decision to buy was made instantly as another chance might not appear. I believe family businesses should be supported as they are offer a fantastic service as I experienced with Tooled-Up. The order placed midday Friday, the expected delivery date was Tuesday. Very happy with that delivery schedule. To my utter astonishment the package arrived Saturday morning, Less than 24 hours after ordering. This had me over the moon and extremely impressed. Thank you Tooled-Up, service second to none. You are on my list as a positive supplier with a razor sharp sense of urgency. I wish you a strong and positive future.”

“Really poor customer service ! Ordered a small item on 4th October, forced to pay nearly £6 for next day delivery. I actually don’t have an issue with businesses only offering one service. After a week I chased my order up and told they were due in stock soon. Ok, so you charged me for next day delivery for something not even in stock? A further 2 emails and order eventually arrives 16 days post ordering. I mentioned the delivery charge in all my messages, and not once was there an apology for the charge.”
