“Unfortunately my item arrived and I was unhappy with it.
My daughters name is Evie, yet the font made it look like something completely different so I am unable to use the item.
I contacted customer services who stated that there is nothing they can do as it is a personalised item.
The issue was with the font and I feel that there should be options for people to choose whichever font they would like. A complete waste of my money!”
“My item came damaged and when requesting a partial refund..the company instead provided a £20 voucher to spend in store within 6 months..encouraging me to spend more money with the company. The store is pretty expensive, and I would have to spend £50 to get free delivery. Wasn’t the best outcome, and the decent thing to do..would’ve have been to offer the partial refund as requested.”
