“Placed an order on 6th May for two items, one of which was listed as “ready to dispatch” and the other with a 5–7 working day lead time. Weeks passed with no communication from Lighting Direct. After emailing customer service on 19th May, the supposedly ready-to-dispatch item was suddenly shipped the following day. To date, I’ve still received no response regarding the second item or any explanation for the delay.”

“Been a shambles from the start. Placed order online which stated all items were in stock. No confirmation of delivery so phoned customer services who advised 1 item would be late and full order would be desptached Monday. Requested e-mail confirmation of this and that didn’t happened. Phoned again to find out it would take a week for them to receive the item for another warehouse in the UK and I had been advised incorrectly!!! Requested a part shipment received e-mail confirmation for next day delivery and guess what items still have not turned up. If this is how they treat a trade customer heaven help normal customers.”
