“arrived a little late due to traffic on m25. but a great service there after. driver helped with bags”

“Punctual. Driver courteous. Car decent and clean. Only issue was I had stated number of cases, yet car sent didn’t have the boot space. Luckily it could be placed in the front.”

“Most the time the service has been good & prompt. I had one bad occasion where the drivers kept cancelling on me so I had to take an Uber to the airport and nearly missed my flight. Also sometimes its not clear whether driver pays for parking at airport and not. Once a driver made me pay for it, and I wasn't meant to...”

“Driver was 'near' the provided map location, but was on time and helpful w/ our bags. Vehicle was clean & comfortable. Only drawback to the hour long ride was when the driver quietly farted; which awfully permeated the entire vehicle, without even opening the windows &/or apologizing out of courtesy! Short lived, but bad form!”

“Our driver was personable & kind. Although a few minutes late to the airport, we enjoyed a safe & timely arrival at our destination. He pointed out things to see along the way, answered questions, and shared helpful information. Would use again!”

“The pickup from LHR to hotel was a little late but after calling the office I was transferred to the driver who was delayed in traffic. He was most apologetic and gave me a designated meeting place which made introductions very easy. The driver was very pleasant and courteous and drove me to my hotel taking the most direct route. He wasn’t aware of my previous knowledge of directions to the hotel. The return journey to LHR was the same experience - different driver but the same service. The driver arrived early at the hotel and again he took the direct route. I highly recommend 247 Airport Transfer for when visiting London.”

“Professional and punctual but not always comfortable. I have been booking for a while with this company and they are always on time but lately even though I am booking a saloon I am picked up by 8-seated/ mini-van cars, which for a 1 hour journey to the airport at 5 am is not very convenient.”

“This was a good service overall. The driver could be monitored on his way to the pick-up and he did call to give his ETA. The vehicle was a good size for all our luggage and the actual journey went very smoothly and we arrived on time at our destination.”
