“Good and handy service. The driver was on time and the trip was fine. They double check that you confirm the service the day before, even if you have already paid, which is nice, except that somehow, you become not sure you'll have your driver until you actually confirm 'again'. The only 'negative' thing is that this service was on a sunday morning and some streets have been closed in London. The driver had to change his route but at some point, although he had 2 GPSs, he seemed confused.”

“over all the service was good only one complaint we had 4 suitcases and 3 carry one bags 2 off the cars had trouble fitting them into car very cramped regards ken baumann”

“Had two round trip transports. All four drivers were very good, professional, well maintained cars, and safe. The only problems I had were with the booking. On the "My Booking" tab our original pickups appeared backwards from what they should have been. Company said they saw them the original way I booked. This is not acceptable or comforting. One of the round trips was for my son. His flight got delayed and the driver showed at the original time even though I called the company and used their preferred method of using the booking page. My son was left at the airport. To their credit the company had another driver there within 10 minutes. The flight for the rest of our family was changed and I sent an e-mail via the booking page and called yet the time was not changed for our pickup. Anticipating this, I called the morning of our flight to remind them but they had no record of the change.”

“A great personalised service our driver's knowledge of the locale enabled us to bypass congestions rather than sit in traffic,agreed pricing is the way to go a metered vehicle would not try to avoid heavy traffic areas, I have already recommend 24/7 to friends.”

“Journey to airport was better than picking up. On the return journey, the driver was at the wrong terminal despite me calling the company twice. He was also unable to locate his car. We were looking for his car for about 30 mins.”
