As we consider customers' reviews very valuable, our customer service representative team has immediately informed our related department the problem you have met with. Please check your registered email box, our customer service supervisor has sent you the explanation for the situation encountered on your trips. Having looked into your queries, the allocated driver to your first trip said that he did not ask additional fees for the pram used. On your second booking, we did not have any other choice, but to send you another driver from a different company as a matter of emergency. We do apologize again for any inconvenience we may cost, but in that situation, this was the best that we can do. You have used us in the past and you did not have any issues with any of our drivers or with the service. We hope that we will have the chance once again to have as our customer in future to come. If there is anything else we can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact us.

“The driver was very nice and we had a pleasant jorney. What I am disappointed is that on this trip back home from Gatwick I paid £33 more than on my way to Gatwick airport. Apparently that is due to new regulation in the company. That is if we are traveling with a small child and need a car seat, then no matter how many people we are we will still need a 7 seats car to accomodate the car seat for the child...obviously this was my last trip with them unfortunately after many years I have been using the company. £33 for a family is a lot of money...”

“Good Service till now, only one time too late - good cars good Drivers - although Driver should find the right Hotel entrance (eg Marriott County hall - but i knew :-) ) - I will stay loyal.”

“We arranged two pick ups. 1. from Gatwick Airport to hotel in London 2. from hotel to Southampton cruise port. Both drivers are polite, on time and drive safely. We are satisfied with 247 airport transfer's service. We had tried to plan for the 3rd pick up from hotel in Gatwick to Gatwick Airport. I was told by the online chat that this arrangement could not be arranged because either pick up location or destination is not within the London area. It will be excellent if the service can cover the 3rd pick up. Nevertheless, I will recommend this company to my friends.”

“The good - clean newer vehicles, no tobacco smoke odor in vehicles, on time, reliable. - The not so good - traveler name not correct (driver had LAX on his sign which is where we were arriving from), number of passengers not correct (4 instead of 2), destination not correct (LHR terminal 5 rather than desired terminal 3, thankfully the driver asked which terminal before we left the hotel), drive from LHR to Temple Court was one half hour longer than the drive from Temple Court to LHR although both were without traffic (route taken from LHR to Temple Court was not familiar to us). Make sure to have a UK-enabled cell phone with you. We needed to use the phone to find the driver upon arrival (in a sea of drivers waving signs) and you may need to call the service if your flight is early or delayed. There is a phone store near the customs exit in LHR terminal 3 where we were able to buy a UK SIM card. Have used 24/7 in the several times and will use again.”

“I find the car service is excellent. Helpful drivers - always early and clean comfortable cars. However, I think the website needs a bit of work. The live chat service is excellent but, for example, it is not easy to change a booking time without using the live chat service.”

“Used this for the first time, wasn't sure if my booking was confirmed, called the hotline and was glad to receive assurances. Car arrived just on time, I requested the driver to wait 3 minutes while we move down our heavy baggages down, driver turned down the request and said I had to pay extra if I made him wait. Overall, the service was reliable and pleasant.”
