“Some things could be improved:\n- website login was not available on the weekend and I didn't get a reply on the chat \n- when I choose to receive an invoice and enter all details I never actually get an invoice\n- even though sms contact is requested one still gets only an e-mail that the driver has arrived”

“The service was good. Although the driver was late, he did phone to let me know. However, for a booked 7.30am pick-up, he did not arrive until 8.00am. Whilst I appreciate that traffic can be unpredictable in London, when a driver is booked for an airport run, I would suggest that 30 minutes delay may be unacceptable. In my case, it was not critical, as I had allowed plenty of time to catch my flight, although I did not have as much time at the airport as I had wished. The driver was polite and apologetic and I have no complaint about him. A prompt pick-up would have resulted in a 5 star review. I have used the service before and will do so again.”
