“Our pick up at Heathrow was flawless. They completely failed us sending a small SUV for 4 people & luggage for a two- hour trip to the cruise port - we booked a van. Thanks to the driver we made it but it was an uncomfortable ride!”

While we’re pleased to hear that your Heathrow pickup went smoothly, we're truly sorry to learn that your transfer to the cruise port did not meet your expectations. We completely understand how frustrating and uncomfortable it must have been to travel a long distance in a vehicle that felt too small for your needs. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. We’d like to clarify that the MPV provided for your port transfer was indeed the vehicle type originally booked. It is designed to accommodate up to 5 passengers, 4 check-in suitcases, and 5 pieces of hand luggage. However, we completely acknowledge that comfort can vary depending on the amount of luggage and personal preferences. On your arrival, you were given an 8-seater van, a larger and more spacious vehicle, as a result of fleet availability at the time. While this upgrade was not part of the original booking, we understand how receiving a larger vehicle first may have understandably set different expectations for your return journey. That said, we deeply regret that your return transfer felt cramped and uncomfortable. We never want our customers to feel let down, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us improve both our communication and service moving forward. “We recently used 247 Airport Transfer for our travel to and from Heathrow airport. We were very happy with the service they provided. Everything was handled professionally and with attention to detail. Communication with 247 Airport Transfer was very good – we received notifications two days before each journey, confirming all the details and helping us feel at ease. On top of that, the company sent photos of the drivers in advance, which was a thoughtful touch and really enhanced our sense of security and trust. Both drivers were punctual, arriving on time. They were polite and friendly, and went out of their way to help with our luggage, which was much appreciated given the fact we had a lot of cases before and after a long flight. The quality of the driving was also outstanding – smooth, safe, and considerate throughout, which made the journey comfortable and stress-free. All in all,247 Airport Transfer delivered a good and reliable airport transfer service. We’ll definitely consider using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional taxi firm.”

“We used 247 to transfer from London Heathrow to Gatwick with just a 4 hour window between flights. We could easily have made a 3 hour window! Our driver was waiting exactly where she was supposed to be and she was early and I know because we were 20 minutes early. Our driver was helpful with luggage , walked at our rate of speed ( we are 77 and 78 ) and was very conversant ( but only after we started the conversation ).Not only pleasant but loaded with travel tips. I will definitely use this service again. The website was easy to use.”

“I made my reservations on line. Every question that I had was answered promptly. We were picked up at the airport and driven directly to our hotel. On the day we left, our driver was waiting for us as we got to the lobby. We arrived at the airport on time. Both drivers were professional and friendly. We will use this service again the next time we are in London.”

“I have been using 247 Airport Transfer for about 6 years for both business and leisure. They are very dependable, very friendly and have reasonable prices. They have never missed a slot either going to the airport or coming home, even though I have been stressing them with super-early pickups (e.g. 4am) or super-late (last flight of the day). After I started using them, I never saw a reason why pay so much more for other "branded" names. Thank you for all the excellent service all those years!”

“Our driver Cos was the most excellent driver! Extremely professional, friendly, very interesting to talk to. He drove through the City very carefully and was absolutely on time for our pickup and drop-off at Heathrow. It was my first visit to the UK and he was quite interesting to talk to and I really enjoyed having him answer my many questions and comments! The car was beautiful, clean and comfortable and drove like a dream. The company prides itself on its timeliness, courtesy and safety in thick London traffic and it shows. We loved the conversation, but the company & drivers make it known that if you'd prefer quiet that's absolutely fine. Either way you'll enjoy the ride. We couldn't be happier with Cos and the company and hope he is our driver when we return!”
