“The car arrived promptly and we got to the airport in plenty of time. He was a very safe driver, and the journey passed quickly - I was really impressed! I would definitely recommend this service - it was real quality, at a very competitive price.”

“I was very satisfied by everything relating to your services, including customer support and the order procedure. I was especially impressed by my driver, ***, who had a very professional attitude throughout the whole ride, and managed to get me to my destination 15 minutes earlier. I highly recommend him. “I appreciated the excellent communication and timeliness. One area for improvement is to have the driver not smoke in the vehicle before picking up the client. It was obvious on our return trip to Heathrow, due to the residual odor.”

“the order procedure was very straight forward although it owul dbe helpful to be contacted by text rather than emil hours before th epick up as I don't always check my emails. My driver was 10 minutes late which was stressful but we still made it to the airport in time.”

“Meeting point procedure at London Gatwick Airport was not as smooth as it could have been, I had to telephone 247 Aiprort Transfer to be put through to the driver to find him in the concourse at Arrivals.”

“The price is the principal attraction of the service. Pickups in London going to the airport are always on time. Pickups at the airport are good. The biggest problem I have is specifying the right time for the airport pickup. It would if the service monitored the arrival times of the flights their passengers are on and planned to be at the airport at the appropriate time.”
