“Great service. Highly recommended. Will use again. On time for very early flight. Nice and helpful driver. Given lots of emergency numbers 'just in case' Answered my questions very fast and accurately. Very clean and comfortable car. Could not fault the service!”

“The booking, at home, was very easy. The price from Standsted to London, and back, was competable. And it was a pleasure to be picked up and transported from door to door. I can recomend 247.”

“The system is not very good at allowing changes to bookings. Appreciate my orders are usually complicated as I order it on behalf of our clients who often don't speak much English however, it significantly didn't help that often the driver had put my name on the driver's sign against what I had written in the notes which cause confusion multiple times. Not sure if I would use again without confirmation this won't happen again and a few changes to the computer system to prevent bookings being so timely.”

When you book a new journey online on the website, at the passenger's details you can write the person travelling's details and do not leave the client's details ( your details ). Or at the observations, you can mention, as before the passengers names, as before and we will inform our team members to always update your bookings as per advised. “Airport transfer arrived on time and the driver was very polite both to and from the airport. I will definitely use them again. Just one improvement that could be done was when we came into Gatwick. Our name could have been clearer, far too small to see with so many people arriving.”

“Mikey, our driver, was excellent. Very professional, courteous, punctual and helpful. The car was immaculate. I would highly recommend them. The office staff were great. They confirmed our arrival via email 24 hours prior giving us peace of mind. I would definitely use this service again.”

“I made a return booking on line. The two online chat staff i chatted with were both very efficient and the online booking confirmation emails were prompt . My flight arrived at Heathrow an hour earlier. I called in and the customer service contacted the driver and called me back to reaffirmed the new timing. The driver was polite and careful with our luggage. On the return journey few days later, the driver was on time to fetch us. Taxi247 is very professional that for all bookings it follows with confirmation email clearly stated the details. Prior to pick up, it also emailed us the name and contact of driver, After the job done, it emailed us the invoice without us chasing for it. I will recommend it without hesitation. Oh, if you register an online account, you will entitle for 10% discount.”

“Good and handy service. The driver was on time and the trip was fine. They double check that you confirm the service the day before, even if you have already paid, which is nice, except that somehow, you become not sure you'll have your driver until you actually confirm 'again'. The only 'negative' thing is that this service was on a sunday morning and some streets have been closed in London. The driver had to change his route but at some point, although he had 2 GPSs, he seemed confused.”

“Your driver was late 20 minutes and didn't even bother to call to say he will be late and when he is expected to arrive. this is just not acceptable,”

Dear Lucas, We are very sorry to hear that the transfer booked on 10th of August did not go the way you expected!This is not a common situation for our transfers; I assure you it was an exception and everything will go smooth with the next journeys. Unfortunately the driver allocated to the journey that time does no longer work with us and we cannot investigate this further with him. By way of apology, we will gladly offer you a discount of 20% off your next journey with us, in the hopes that you will decide to book with us again and give us the chance to prove that what happened was an isolated case. To benefit from the discount, just send an e-mail once you book the journey and one of my colleagues will apply it manually. “over all the service was good only one complaint we had 4 suitcases and 3 carry one bags 2 off the cars had trouble fitting them into car very cramped regards ken baumann”
