Used this for the first time, wasn't sure if my booking was confirmed, called the hotline and was glad to receive assurances. Car arrived just on time, I requested the driver to wait 3 minutes while we move down our heavy baggages down, driver turned down the request and said I had to pay extra if I made him wait. Overall, the service was reliable and pleasant.
