“Trish comes across as friendly and not overbearing, she concise and to the point, but at the same time providing in-depth knowledge of the funeral plans on offer, when explaining the policy plans. “I was a bit nervous about taking out a funeral plan but the agent, Bradley was very friendly and helpful and made sure that I understood correctly all of the information. I feel a lot happier that my family won't have to worry about having to pay for my funeral”
