“I contacted the office and the staff were very friendly and down to earth, they arranged for someone to come out to us in our home. Lesley turned up and spent two hours with us, she immediately put us at ease, she was easy to talk to with a fab sense of humour that really helped my wife, as she finds this very difficult to talk about, so far it’s been very easy to do, Lesley never put us under any pressure, she just explained everything really well, she left us with her contact details so that if we had any issues or wanted to speak to her or cancel what we had done. Thank you all for your kindness and support”

“My husband had mentioned getting a will, then told me we would be having someone come round to talk to us about this, for me this can be very hard as no one wants to think about the loss of a loved one, and I don’t like talking to strangers at the best of times, but Lesley came round and immediately put us at ease and was so very good to talk to and explained in a way that was very easy to understand, she is very lovely and was with us for 2 hours going through details and answering questions and enabling us to think about what we want to do when the worst happens”
