“Spent 2 days trying to place an order, the screens kept jumping then finally get to payment screen and it won’t take payment. Wait the next day to go through the entire process yet again and it jumps screen yet again and doesn’t include discount code or free delivery? Calling them is useless no one speaks up them message comes they are closed? Trying to get my money refunded but agents can’t read my emails, saying too late order has already been pulled. NOT AsKING for cancelled order asking for my discount & delivery amount to be refunded!!! I bet when they actually try to understand they will pawn me off with a credit note! Still waiting to see if anyone can comprehend a simple email request!!!! Nope they sent their last email which they read incorrectly and have not replied since as far as they are concerned the matter is closed? What a totally useless customer service they have together with false advertising no discount for 1st time customers nor free delivery if ordered before 10pm! Not a trust worthy company is the short of it!”

“Irritating to have to create an account in order to pay. Also an STD telephone number - not just a non-geographic one - should be provided. Waited more than an hour for response to delivery query without success. Having written the above & pressing 'Submit' get a message saying no Review submitted ! All because I hadn't given a rating out of 5. Let's hope the contents are satisfactory - the website experience hasn't been !!”

Hello Matthew, Thank you for your feedback and suggestion. We agree it could be made simpler! We will be changing our checkout process early next week so that it allows you to apply a delivery address to all items in your basket if they are all going to the same address.
