Only 4 out of 5 hampers ordered are delivered on the booked date. Where is the other one ?

Was very confused as I applied a 10% off code which it then showed me but as I went to pay it showed the full price again. When it went through I did pay with the 10% off.

I have used your excellent online service for over ten years and that includes a few hampers. However, today's experience has been the worst ever. I'll put it down to the volume of orders which is overall a good thing. Stay safe, and a Happy Christmas. An Exhausted Grandma

Everything went well yesterday evening and was happy how easy it had been to order. And then it would not process my payment through PayPal. Normally grief like that means you lose my business. So you are lucky I went in to my account to complete the payment. But the order was no longer there so had to start again. PayPal worked this time you need some work done on your website.

Very disappointed with Season's Greetings hamper. Cake minute, tiny box of teabags, smallest bottle of wine I've ever seen. The picture is very deceiving. Most of the box is filled with packing material with the contents lost inside - I am ashamed to give this as a present, especially as the money was collected from several people as a leaving gift for someone.

Half price hamper attracted my attention, £25 reduced from £50. Thought would be a nice gift for my parents, but once I had received a photograph of the hamper once delivered. I was completely disappointed and have to say quite embarrassed because I found there was a minimal amount for a great expense. I would say the hamper was about worth £10.

Went for the funfair bonanza and for the first time i was disappointed with the value for money against the content provided. Also, there was more packaging than product. I'm all for protection of product but not at the cost of the content. The product could have fit in the lid. Not good value for money this time.

Very disappointing 4 Apple's 2 satsumas 2 kiwi 2plums 2 bunches of grapes , really embarrassed by this meagre offering for my friends 75birthday never again !!! Before you order get a list of what is in the hamper ,in fact don't bother .

My gift HAS NOT been delivered as scheduled on 9 April. This is very disappointing. Could you please look into it. I have ordered it from Australia to be delivered to 12 Ferrers Road Streatham.

it was due to arrive yesterday. Used this site as they advertised guaranteed delivery date. unfortunately never arrived and i am now unsure if they will get it as they are now on long stretch of shifts and will seldom be home.

Unfortunately my order has not yet been delivered though I was assured a date of 21 March. So my mother did not receive her Mother’s day gift which is a huge disappointment. Despite numerous emails, albeit with quick response rate, the responses did not answer my initial question of why the delivery was late. I have also not been informed when it will be delivered. So no satisfactory response has been received, despite me writing at least 5 messages Feeling very let down and disappointed.
