Not impressed. The flowers were dead, the hamper itself was underwhelming and no email to let me know when or if arriving which was stated this would happen. Not impressed. This was a gift for my boss that was paid for by the team. For the price of it i expected alot more.

My only problem is with the Discount Vouchers. I had looked ate the website earlier and applied for a discount code but when I returned to order I was told the vouchers had already been used. I entered the code but it was said to be out of date. Bit of a farce.

I find the ordering process to be strangely clunky and awkward. I regularly buy stuff online from random companies and I am an web developer so it should feel familiar. But I was wrong footed and disorientated by this online experience.

It would have been cheaper going to the local butcher! The card was also very disappointing. We had to spend time, more money and things to make it actually look decent!

Very disappointed with this website. I have placed three orders before 7pm going to the same address and none of the parcels will be delivered until two days later and I have been charged for three deliveries although it clearly states on the website free delivery if order placed before 7pm. Customer service claims delivery charges are for each item and made no apology for the misleading website.

My second time using 123 hamper and was very disappointed. My item was never delivered, and got lost between leaving them and getting to royal mail. Although customer service offered to send out again, the cake was for a special occasion and as it wasn't delivered on the specified date, it was too late. Very disheartened when it didn't show. Has definitely given me a negative feeling and think there should be better traceability on the items ordered and certainly shouldn't suggest next day delivery on your website if you cannot fulfil this. Very let down!

I was offered a 10% discount, put in the code I was sent and when I proceeded to checkout the discount disappeared and ended up paying full price!! not impressed!

Very disappointed with a Birthday Hamper I ordered for my sister who I haven't seen for a year... They never included the balloon in a large Hamper which is part of the surprise popping out, and the card didn't include my message so she had no idea who it was from, unbelievable!! I emailed them twice and no reply.... I would not recommend and certainly would not use them again, Denise

Gift arrived on time and recipients happy with products but information missing from the card meant that they didn’t know who it was from!

It took me 3 tries to complete this purchase, and it wasn’t anything I done wrong, I suggest you overhaul your payment system. You was about to lose an order. Very frustrating.

Wanted this hamper delivered 16th Dec. Royal Mail sent an email to say they hope to deliver sometime before Christmas. The hamper contains fresh fruit........ I live in hope. If I knew 123 Hampers used Royal Mail I would now have placed the order.

Only 4 out of 5 hampers ordered are delivered on the booked date. Where is the other one ?
