“I ordered hampers for family in the UK, I live in New Zealand so it was great to have this available, they are so happy with the products, they were delivered very quickly too.”

“Disappointed. The hamper did not arrive on the day requested. I tried calling the phone number on the website and waited 30 minutes without an answer. I used the chat forum on the website twice and on both occasions did not receive a worthwhile answer. When the hamper did arrive 24 hours late, the message i typed did not appear with the hamper, therefore the recipient had no idea who it was from. As very disappointing experience.”

“My experience from New Zealand was excellent, even though I made a mistake with the address !! It was rectified as soon as I notified them. And still delivered on time. The recipients were delighted with the hamper. A great service thank you.”
