“This is the second year I have purchased hampers from you for Christmas presents and they have been enjoyed by all. Unfortunately, probably due to postal strikes, one of the hampers was not received in the 24 hour timeline but was delivered a day late but fortunately someone was at home. Thank you for your great service and Happy Christmas to all your staff”
