“The hamper I ordered has not been delivered.I heard nothing from 123 Hampers since they said it was a confirmed order.. I had no message saying it was packed and ready to be sent out as I was promised.. I want it delivered by Christmas at least on the 24th of December or I want a refund..”

“Sadly the hamper was delivered a day late so my friends cant eat any of the meat. Neither of us can get any response from the company to know if they will replace the perishables before or after Christmas. I feel maybe the delivery company let them down but there os no customer service either by phone or email. Such a shame as the products look great. Pls call me back Helen Powell order 101753”
