“3 stars because i ordered a gift package for my best friend and i choose the delivery date especially to arrive on her birthday, to surprise her. But because you delivered it with Royal mail, the package arrived a day after her birthday 🤦🏼‍♀️”

“A little bit gutted 😞. I ordered the sweet bouquet for a raffle prize which was super. I also ordered a chocoholics basket which I’m a little bit disappointed with as the basket doesn’t resemble the one on the website. This is also a gift 🎁 but I feel for the money I could probably done better myself.”

“The website itself is very appealing, however, trying to checkout was a frustrating experience, the payment kept getting rejected. I tried 2 different debit cards, both rejected several times, I ended up using Paypal.”

“Poor as tried to utilise a e-gift card for £50 but there was no way of applying it at the checkout stage so had to pay the full £60 in spite of the fact that I hade entered the 19 digit number of the e-gift card in the coupon box.”

“Do not like the Website. The choice of gifts seems quite good, but the form filling seems to go on and on, Nearly gave up. Cant comment on the chosen gift sent, until its received (its nice I hope) and received on the date requested.”

“Very quick delivery next day. Hamper was satisfactory maybe too much sweet stuff for me I would prefer more jars of savouries which keep. The shredded paper packing went everywhere maybe other filling could be used.”
