“A little bit gutted 😞. I ordered the sweet bouquet for a raffle prize which was super. I also ordered a chocoholics basket which I’m a little bit disappointed with as the basket doesn’t resemble the one on the website. This is also a gift 🎁 but I feel for the money I could probably done better myself.”

“The website itself is very appealing, however, trying to checkout was a frustrating experience, the payment kept getting rejected. I tried 2 different debit cards, both rejected several times, I ended up using Paypal.”

“Poor as tried to utilise a e-gift card for £50 but there was no way of applying it at the checkout stage so had to pay the full £60 in spite of the fact that I hade entered the 19 digit number of the e-gift card in the coupon box.”
