The hampers was a lot smaller than I expected. A bit disappointed to be honest

Initial customer service was very good - however I am still not sure if my hamper has arrived as I have received no confirmation..

Your service was good and delivered on time . Thank you My family sent me a photo of the chocolate basket. I was a little disappointed in its presentation .

I have used this service before. The ordering is simple. Payment is easy. However, I am still waiting for proof of delivery

The website was easy to use and delivery was on time. However disappointed it was an ordinary cardboard box! When opened it looked almost empty:( which to be honest contents not worth the price we paid.

Unfortunately the goods did arrive on the correct date, 15th December, but this date was too early as the labelling on the package showed consume by 19th., which was not shown on the website. This was not at all helpful and led to disappointment.

It would be better if you can select alcohol-free, or food only etc etc, and then be able to select price scaling as an option. If those options were there, I did not see them, ergo it still needs a bit of a redesign.

Website was fine. but I went to check out as I couldn`t see that because I am sending this gift to a friend so had to put her address in the Recipients box when I went to pay it didn`t ask me to confirm my own address. It only had my postcode. I actually cancelled the first order as I was sure I had missed something so tried again. The same happened again so hope the order has gone through properly with the Recipients address in Warwickshire but the card address is in Devon. Rosemary Jordan

I am very let down. Your web site states in bold as I select the hamper and give in my details that I will get the current black Friday discount of £10. You say not relevant. VERy VERy POOR.........how to lose customers I'm afraid.

I ordered a wine gift for my Dads 97th birthday but realised I didnt get to lwrite a note to him. It said that i could leave a free message at check out but didnt see where I could do this.

I had a terrible time yesterday while trying to order more than one item. It would not let me proceed. Everyone on the emails were very supportive but it was not feasible to call overseas to try to place this order. In the end, I tried again today and was finally successful. Unfortunately, because of this delay in ordering, my gift will not be on time for their Anniversary but will be delivered late on the day after. I am upset by that.

Products are great but when I went to add more products to my order it wouldn’t let me, so had to make multiple orders which just makes more work for your team having to do separate packages sent to the same address.
