“The fruit was fresh and hamper well presented but I paid for certain day delivery on the two hampers I ordered and they both arrived late. The 2nd one was due to be delivered on the 29th August and has still not arrived by 31st August”

“Delivered on time but until I speak to my brother in uk I’m in Australia I’ll be able to ask him was it ok . I’m sure it was he just messaged a quick ‘thanks for the present! U are delivering one to my sister in uk too I’m sure she’ll give me more details 😂 thanks😁”

“Not impressed, was prompted to join community and receive 10 per cent off first order, joined but received nothing, probably won't use again as obviously con artists, just hope my order gets delivered to avoid me taking legal action”

“Great hampers, just too many clicks for check out. Thought I'd bought a hamper for delivery a few days ago. After it never arrived, I realised I'd not bought it at all. Have now bought it again and realised there was an extra 'not obvious' button after all the normal finance stuff asking if I was sure I wanted to proceed. Reduce your clicks, and people will buy more!”

“This hamper was a Fathers Day gift. It arrived on time and was carefully packaged to keep the contents cool. However instead of containing a pork pie which is my dads favourite it contained a steak one which wasn't realised until it was cut into. Customer services replied promptly with an apology saying the packaging was similar. Maybe they should make the packaging less similar. Disappointed.”

“Ordered cookies for my sister in law who had had an operation a week previously. Arrived when stated She said they were delicious. Previously sent the artisan brownies to my goddaughter for her 30th bd which were also very good apparently”

“Ordered this hamper because it had NO wine but 1 was sent. Photo showed Fray Bentos Steak (and kidney) pie in tin. Not sure if one was sent.? Recipient was satisfied and surprised”

“Mainly OK but I was a bit confused as I applied a discount code but the discount didn't show after that. It was fine in the end as I did get the discount. Saw a couple of spelling errors on the site, which is a bit annoying.”

“We purchased 2 items for delivery for our Daughter's Birthday - 1 arrived on time - the other didn't arrive until 4 days later. I complained and 123hampers kindly arranged for a replacement item to be delivered to my Daughter. All good in the end - but a little disappointing initially.”
