“I paid £90 for a carefully chosen hamper. A day later than expected I received a completely different hamper worth £40, and since then have been trying to resolve this- nobody answers the phones (waited over an hour on 3 occasions), the chat robots say nobody is available, and my emails seem to fall down a pit. Very disappointed as I wanted to send friends something special for Xmas, and 123 Hampers totally failed me.”

“Christmas gift so can't comment on the end experience, but so far all good, easy to order with a wide selection of drinks. Kept informed about progress, would have liked a gift wrap and tracking option. So only 4 stars. Would use again.”
