“Did not receive flowers perhaps I contributed a little to that my address was not right and I sent an email telling you this morning I tried ringing several times to be kepted on hold but no one answered!! Ver disappointing I was trying your company out as I have several things coming up where I need to send flowers but unfortunately it was not a good experience! Could I be refunded???”

“The experience of ordering ect and the website was excellent however I cannot review on the flowers as they were sent as a bereavement gift,obviously I cannot ask the bereaved family what they thought of the flowers at such a sad time but I will order with 123 flowers again”
