“Ordered flowers on 3rd Feb with delivery date of 8th Feb for my Auntiy, its now 9th Feb and they still haven't arrived, got an email from Royal Mail stating they cannot deliver them today! Didnt realise they would be delivered by Royal Snail, would not have ordered had I noticed this. Extremely disappointed, I dread to think what the flowers will look like when they are eventually delivered😡”

“The website highlights that you can order one day for delivery the next. I gave a few days notice but the delivery did not arrive as expected. When querying this I was advised that it doesn’t matter when you order they only despatch the night before. It does say in the small print that they cannot guarantee delivery within a day or two but when giving plenty notice this was disappointing for a friend that is shielding”

“I ordered the flowers from Australia. After a small issue, which can happen to the best of us, the team were very quick to rectify the problem. My friend was very surprised & the flowers were absolutely perfect! Yes I definitely recommend 123 Flowers. 👍🏻”

“This was a last minute Anniversary gift, I usually use Interflora but they could not accommodate my request so I used 123 flowers instead. I am so pleased I did as flowers were greatly received, so thank you for great flowers, great price, and great delivery tracking & notifications.”

“Excellent quality, the flowers were for my Daughter in Laws birthday. They arrived on time and in perfect condition. They were different from the picture but that was due to season and availability. I would highly recommend this company.”
