“The flowers were lovely, but was disappointed with the amount of flowers. After writing to you, you did send another bouquet with in few days, the service was excellent in that respect. My sister did say her roses were beginning to wilt from the first bunch from last Wednesday- I thought they would have lasted longer. I will use the service again.”

“Ordered birthday present for my daughter to be delivered just over a week ago. Service very good, email sent at every stage of the purchase and delivery. Arrived today as requested and in the delivery timescales advised My daughter was delighted with her present and I will be using 123 Flowers again . Well don’t for delivering what I ordered exactly as expected and on time . Thank you”
