“Always found 123 flowers to be good quality and have good delivery, however make sure to check your cart as I’ve just had massive trouble trying to order flowers due to it automatically adding £5 pralines to the order without warning (only noticed when the checkout price was massively high). Seems like the website was trying to get me to spend more money without warning. Customer service responded quickly but with no solution that anyone wouldn’t have already done. A delete add on button should be made available on the website due to situations like this.”

“A good family friend recently lost her beloved pet dog. I wanted to send her a beautiful bunch of flowers to offer my condolences and to let her know I was thinking of her. Google brought me to 123 Flowers. I was instantly impressed with the variety of styles and price-points available, they didn’t look at all cheap. I opted for the Peruvian Lily & Rose bouquet. It was soft, classic and ideally suited to a feminine lady in her 80’s. The option for add-on purchases is great if you’d like to send additional gifts, such as chocolates, wine, spirits, vases, tea boxes or cuddly toys. The option to send a card or recorded video message was also a nice touch. Great service from start-to-finish. I’d highly recommend.”
