“Very good service from start to finish, the shuttle service was prompt and courteous and the reception staff likewise. My only grumble is that like so many car rental firms in Spain they have the out full return empty nonsense which is not a problem if, like us you use the car a lot, but to have to pay an inflated charge for a full tank of fuel which you did not use is not acceptable really!”
“Booked at a good price on-line with airport pick-up. Flight was cancelled and so had to alter booking which was easily managed on-line but became more expensive. At airport took out additional insurance which made the whole booking much more expensive, as the supplier did his best to frighten with stories of how much would have to pay even for a small scratch. I wouldn;t choose to book again with GoldCar.”
“Super except for the scam that is returning the car with an empty fuel tank after having paid top dollar for a full tank. This might be ok if you are using the car for an extended period and are doing reasonable distances but for a short stay or low mileage then its a scam and who is going to risk running out on the way to returning the car.”
