“I ordered a personalised memorial planter in memory of a beloved pet. The planter split all the way down one side, I had hoped to have the planter for years to come not less than 12 months to remember my pet by. I emailed the company and my email was ignored, I had no response. If you want a memorial that lasts do not use this company.”

However, did not receive a confirmation order email so had to contact the company to confirm order had been received and wasn't a scam ordering site. “Recently purchased a child’s holy communion bracket which was actually adult size. The pearls on it were very big for a child’s wrist. Overall very dissatisfied and I had to send 5 messages before receiving a response. Very poor quality and after service”

“I instantly regretted placing an order after reading the bad reviews....until my order arrived. I'm delighted with my order! Absolutely love it! The only thing I will say is, i received an email after placing the order but didn't receive a second email to say it was on its way, although delivery was quick too. Only waited a few days. Would I order again? Absolutely!”

“Lovely product. Disappointed with lack of information around delivery so unable to track parcel. Every email sent to enquire about despatch was kicked back so information is not up to date on website. Would not use this service again as its third party and not actually the manufacturer.”
