“I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered the Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist (100ml) expecting the current version advertised on the website. Instead, I was sent outdated stock. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the packaging had only "recently" changed. This is flat-out incorrect. I bought the new version from a different retailer over six months ago. This "old" version is currently being sold at a heavy bargain on other platforms, yet I was charged same price as new version of it here. Advertising the latest luxury product while quietly shipping off old warehouse inventory is dishonest and highly misleading. A premium price tag should guarantee factory-fresh, current stock—not a downgrade.”

“Dear Customer Service Team, I am extremely disappointed with the way my order has been handled. I ordered items from your company, but they were delivered to the wrong address. You have already confirmed that the parcel was returned to you. Despite this, you have neither resent the items to my correct address nor issued a refund. This delay is completely unacceptable. I expect you to take immediate action and either: 1. Resend my order to the correct address without any further delay, or 2. Issue a full refund of the amount I paid.
