“Beautiful keyboard. A little tricky to assemble. Great to be able to use 0% finance. Delivery was delayed before Xmas, but eventually managed to speak to the delivery company and secure delivery just in time.”

“I spoke to Bonners about a Roland keyboard on the Saturday before Christmas. Chose the model. Paid. On Monday, first thing, I had email confirmation that three packages were about to be dispatched. By 10am the following day, all three were delivered. By lunchtime, my wife's Christmas present was ready to play. Excellent service.”

“We purchased a new Es-335 figured in blueberry burst for our sons christmas. Delivered in plenty of time for Christmas, upon opening the guitar we have come to find it scratched quite a bit, which i'm unsure if this has happened in transit or if this guitar has previously been purchased and returned. We think it's a stunning piece of equipment but are just a bit disheartened that it is damaged.”

“My order for a Digital Piano was handled really well at a busy time of year. Iwas kept well informed by Bonners staff. However I felt that the Delivery could have been handled better. I could not be home when delivered. My husband who is disabled was home, I understand that the 3 heavy packages were left outside the front door. He had to manhandle them into the hallway and did not see the the DE X deliveryman!!!”

“Bonners were great. Suggest they end their relationship with DX though as it took them six attempts to deliver to me, only for me to find out from the guy who eventually delivered it that the item hadn't been on his van all week. Anyway - Bonners were great. Wish DX were more like Bonners.”
