Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

If you are looking for a unique piece of jewellery, why not try our jewellery design service? Our in-house designers can work with an existing piece of jewellery to make a brand new style or create something totally unique from scratch to your own individual specification.

“I chose this family jewellers to buy my watch from as i believe in giving business to more small companies, they were very helpfull with any question i had and even offered to supply me with the different watch strap as an extra without charge. A very pleasant experience and would highly recommend Berry's.”

“Fantastic service from Lee at the Newcastle store, they didn't have the watch on hand but called a different store & overnighted it for me. Got the call early morning the next day & walked out the store with the watch on my wrist. Highly recommend, & will be back for another watch.”

“The Jewellery was gorgeous, beautiful packaging but I was disappointed in the fact they got my name wrong. Ironically it’s the same name as yours! Otherwise you would have got a top score!”

“Jessica was fantastic in helping me deal with my delivery. We were in Norway on a holiday when we made the Cartiar watch purchase, and we wouldn’t be back in time for it to be delivered, so Jessica tracked our parcel down and stopped it from leaving till later on so it will be with us on time. Fantastic service from Jessica, and because of her we will be regular customers!”

“I purchased a nice Omega watch for my daughter as she leaves to relocate to Austraila soon. I found it on the Berry's website at a great discount not previously found online and arranged for it to be delivered to the Nottingham boutique. I did this so it would be more of a good memory experience for her when we went to collect it on a quiet afternoon rather than it just arriving in the post at her home. The staff were very nice however, being offered a refreshment would have gone a bit further but I myself felt the money had gone from the sale for them, having bought it at a discount from a different Northern store. That said I would recommend Berry's to others.”

“A service like no other... As much as I wish I could be a regular customer at Berrys in Newcastle and buy something every year or even more often, the service rerceived is like no other jeweller or retailer in Newcastle. A warm welcome from all staff and fantastic professional and knowledgeable service from Lee Davis who helped me and my wife make our purchase with attention to detail and care without one iota of sales pressure, just great knowledge and reassuring service. First class. Big thank you.”

“Superb customer service - we bought my fiancees engagement ring and wedding band at Berry’s. Will was so knowledgeable and the wider team put us at ease. Don’t plan on doing this again but woukd highly recommend Berry’s above urs competitors in Newcastle to get your rings for your special day.”
