Excellent customer service, driver was very polite and understanding of the situation and couldn't of asked for a better service. Would recommend them to anyone as was great company.

On two occasions their drivers have tried to force my elderly mother to accept parcels addressed to the wrong person. On the first occasion they just dumped it back on her doorstep later on. Second occasion the driver gave her a rubbish story about not having enough room on his van. Ive emailed their customers services because they wouldnt pick up the phone. Truly terrible!

Useless. Delivered 3 hours before the 2 hour timeslot they gave me. And wouldn't redeliver on the day they said the would, now I have to chase them.

I would have not given any stars to be honest. It stated a delivery attempted at 07:46. Only received a txt & email at 07:09 to say they would deliver 07:27-09:27. No card left just a basic message attempted made. I do not believe they had attempted it

Driver had the good sense to leave parcel at back door when there was no answer I was only in shower so was able to retrieve it very quickly on reading note Important as it was heat sensitive. Thank you very much!

I have been on the end of two deliveries a month apart from this Company. On both occasions I was sent emails confirming a specific delivery slot which was missed with a revised email the following day with a new slot that was also missed. A driver admitted to me that they often run out of time and just return with parcels. It would be much better if you didn’t get the emails which make you stay at home on the expectation of a delivery.

Fraud!! Told me they delivered parcel to wrong house then apparently a blue tesla followed him to collect it and then he was getting the parcel from the house and ring footage and then apparently I showed i.d, a load of lies to cover his own back and now I need to contact police to solve this issue out myself! What a load of ......! Avoid, scam company

Absolutely shocking, won’t deliver to a specified safe place, depot not open on a Saturday, because I work away I would have to take a week off to actually take delivery Find it difficult to believe a situation like this has actually arisen, I’d call it a joke but it’s my no means funny. Sister got a delivery from them, had handle with care, glass, and fragile printed all over the box arrived absolutely smashed to bits Be aware you have been warned

Not once have they left anything as instructed and in a safe (locked) place I have described and provided a code for…. Even after complaining. They never get it right.

I rescheduled my delivery as was not in when it was first attempted and you need access to my property. The driver buzzed and I released the door - I said ‘doors open’ but no response. I heard the door click so I opened my front door to hear the driver huffing and puffing up the stairs. He threw the box down in my doorway and took a picture and then said cheers and walked off - no eye contact, no hello, could have easily handed me the parcel. Really rude service, obviously put out on having to walk up two flights of stairs. I have a young baby so wouldn’t have been able to go down to collect, but not the point anyway. I hope I don’t have any items delivered by this company again. I gave two stars only because I was able to reschedule the delivery easily

Don't think I've ever used a service this bad. I was originally notified of a delivery date, but rescheduled it for the following day as I had the day off work. Nothing arrived. I chased this up on the day the delivery was due and was told they weren't sure what had happened, but it now looked like it would arrive at the start of the following week. I asked for an estimated delivery time slot but wasn't given one. Instead, I was told to call at 8am on the morning of delivery and they would be able to provide an ETA. At that point, I accepted it as a misunderstanding. On the morning it was due to arrive — after already being delayed for several days — I called at 8am as instructed. Again, nobody could give me an ETA, but I was told someone would call me back. Several hours later, while I was already at work, nobody had contacted me. I then used the live chat service to speak with an agent who was about as helpful as a chocolate fireguard. The driver eventually arrived with the delivery, which I spotted through our Ring doorbell camera. Luckily, my partner was able to accept it. However, after the driver left, we noticed he had driven over our front garden and completely smashed the wooden border posts, causing significant damage. Our camera footage clearly shows the driver getting out of the van and assessing the damage, yet he still failed to inform us. I will be sending over and sharing the downloaded video footage, as what started as poor service has now become far worse.

I rearranged delivery to a day when I knew I would be in and received confirmation. It was delivered two days earlier. The tracking data says I signed for it when in fact it had been left outside my from door and I did not know it was there. At least it arrived.

Very disappointed with this delivery service. I stayed at home all day waiting for my parcel, only to receive an update saying that “nobody was home.” That is completely false — no one knocked, rang the bell, or even attempted delivery. Now I’m being told I have to wait until Monday for another attempt, which is unacceptable. Wasting customers’ time and then giving false delivery updates is extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend this company based on my experience.

A potted rose I ordered has just been given to me by a neighbour as it was delivered to the wrong address and left on their door step even though they were in. The box was very badly damaged in spite of large written instructions to handle with care. I therefore would not recommend your delivery service.

Awful company. Had the package since the 23rd April for next day delivery…it’s now the 7th May. The company we purchased the goods off have been great, this company APC however are a bunch of liars. Told the company we purchased off that they will try to locate it, took nearly 2 weeks, and that it would definitely be delivered yesterday, has not been, fobbed the company off saying a vehicle broke down and would be delivered today…has not. Scummy courier company.

Awful. I company now uses these instead of DPD and the customer service is dreadful. Still waiting for a package, over 2 weeks. No longer want to shop with the company, they lose business.
