I have made a recent purchase from skates of a skateboard and a skate board/scooter helmet. It clearly states on their website and showed a picture of a Free sticker pack promotion you got with the items. When it arrived we were disappointed to see some stickers but not the ones advertised. They added in 3 I love skates sticker instead of a sheet of brand and pictures stickers. I got in touch and the my came back and said “as far as they can tell” I needed to order scooter products to get them. Great when a company doesn’t even know how a customer promotion works. So I went back with images from their own site and explained a) the site isn’t that clear and makes it look like it’s for all purchases not just scooter related and b) I had made a scooter product related purchase. A week later and still no response. I believe this company is quick to grab the money but when it comes to morals and integrity they fall short. This may be a dispute over stickers but from a customer service point of view picture the way this company dealt with my request/problem and imagine how would they managed yours or your warranty claims etc. Very poor show skates. First and last time buying anything from you guys.

Basically told my partner he is a liar. Ended up with a credit note for a faulty item. Beware!

Bit disappointed that buying shoes online had to pay to send back if they don't fit right, and will only be shopping from the stores from now on.

Went to make up on Saturday with my daughter, spoke to the sales rep Hosna Bahaclur on Benefits, I have to say she was excellent not too pushy on products, wanted to make sure we only bought what we wanted. So pleasant nothing was too much. Then went upstairs to luggage again Andy Dow was lovely excellent advice and was very polite and knowledgeable, ended up buying the correct product I needed. Just felt how professional they were and helpful. Would recommend them.

Absolutely terrible customer service, ordered a mattress, got a delivery date, then date was put back 2 weeks, fully communicated at this time.....then received e mail reminder to say bed was arriving , 2 days before delivery got a time slot of 2 hours for delivery...on that day of delivery after waiting in all morning, no delivery came.....we rang the number of the delivery firm to be told they had not received mattress and M&S should of contacted us....NO NO CONTACT.......they put us through to M&S, after a 40 minute wait on the phone, they then hung up, rang back after 30 mins of no answer, decided to drive the 20 mile round trip to M& S....spoke to lovely lady who called customer service herself, another 30 mins to get through....only to be told Warehouse closed, and did not now anything, would call back Monday.....( a full Saturday wasted.....)...over next week, never got call back from customer service, although lady who helped at M&S, rang every few days to touch base....this went on for a couple of weeks, we have now finally got our mattress.... no apology or follow up from customer service....very very disappointed, I would never of thought M&S would have such a terrible service, .....

Usually customers only leave feedback when they have had a bad experience however I feel it is important to also recognise the times when staff do an amazing job. I do not usually shop in John Lewis as I find it quite expensive but I visited the Cheltenham branch a couple of weeks ago to purchase a watch for my sons 18th birthday. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful in helping me look. I went away to think about it and ordered 2 online. The items were delivered on time with courier updates. Today I returned the one he didn’t want to store and again all of the staff I came across were friendly and helpful. They also adjusted the watch to fit for my sons wrist. A great service and I will certainly shop again over Xmas. Well done John Lewis Cheltenham.

I fell for the buy one get one promotion that apparently was just a scam. The first pair took over a month, and I figured that was due to the virus and shipping. I called customer service and she said "hm, we only shipped one pair." weeks later I got an email saying they were no longer producing the second one. After several years and many good pairs of Hotter shoes I won't buy from a company that is not reliable or does false advertising.

I ordered some t-shirts, joggers, and shoes. The shoes were amazing quality, good sizes, and good pricing. The t-shirts’ quality was not the best but still wearable and good sizing. The joggers were terrible quality and terrible sizing. They feel like cheap plastic pants. The elastic around my ankles are way too tight, almost like it’s cutting off my circulation and they don’t even fit all the way down to my ankles. Not too bad of an experience but probably won’t order from their site again.

Selfridges arranged a collection of a… I purchased a pair of designer shoes online as Selfridges, like many stores, were closed during lockdown. The shoes were too small therefore Selfridges arranged a collection service direct with DPD. Six weeks on and I still haven’t received a refund as Selfridges advise their company policy “won’t refund the customer until the courier either delivers the collected goods to Selfridges or admits liability of the lost items” resulting in the customer carrying the financial burden of the transaction. As a result of this, I wouldn’t feel confident ordering online again.
