“I ordered three arrangements to three different people and selected delivery dates from the options offered. One for tomorrow, 2 for the day after. I picked this company for its top ratings on Trust Pilot. I've now been told that "Royal Mail has your order and it will be delivered on Tuesday (not Sunday)". So the flowers will be 2 days older and as my mother won't be in they will be left on the doorstep - let's hope they are still there. You've lied to me, sold me on a delivery date that you had no intention of delivering and now the flowers will be older and possibly damaged by rolling round in a Post Office sorting depot. I thought you delivered! This is a breach of contract. you offered a date and immediately ignored it. Do not use these people, they are crooks.”

Hello, Thank you for your review. We're so incredibly sorry to hear that your flowers were not delivered on the expected date and understand this must have been extremely upsetting. Due to the distance between the delivery address and our distribution centre, it can sometimes take extra time in transit, as we do advise on our website. “I received the most gorgeous flowers this month for my birthday - 2 weeks later they are still looking wonderful , as the roses fade the lilies take centre stage - hence it is my turn to pay back so have ordered exactly the same tied bunch for a good friend.”

“Well that was easy done.. the wife's birthday tomorrow, and I'm working away .. and kind of forgot until she slightly reminded me. Time is 1700 and I thought I'd be in the dog house .until I found this company. Took few mins to save my bacon. Cheers. No dog house for me.”
