“Ordered a few times before but very disappointed with the bunch that arrived today. Upgraded to the size in the picture and when arrived looked nothing like the size or had as many bulbs as in the picture. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again”

“If I could give 0 stars, I would One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. On US Mother's Day, I ordered flowers and paid for using Paypal / AMEX. They cancelled the order as it was flagged as potential fraud. They did not contact me ahead of cancelling to verify, simply told me after. So my Mum did not get flowers on Mother's Day :( But that was not the issue, the customer service afterward was so farcical that at times I had to laugh. Laura C (part of the management team), your service organization should really look at what a great customer experience looks like as this is how you build long term customers. A simple act of complementary flowers to my Mum would have made me an active promoter, but now, a detractor for life.”

“The flowers were a lot less than your picture. I was really upset as they were specially wanted and really it was like a £4 bunch from the supermarket a pound balloon and paper. The flwers were on their last legs the 2 roses an other flowers are dead already.”

“My friend suffered a terrible loss and I ordered some flowers from Prestige Flowers. I upgraded the order to large. When she sent me a picture to say thank you I was so shocked and disappointed. I dread to think what the flowers would look like had she not upgraded the order. I won’t be using this company again.”

“I have been using Prestge flower service for the last 4 to 5 years and find them very reliable with the deliverys and service. I find they have a very good range of flowers/boquets to select from for all occations. I send flowers to my doughters and dourghter inlaws mostly they say the flowers always look good when they arrive. Keep up the good work Prestige Flowers Steve a satifide customer”

“Absolutely terrible service. No flowers arrived, useless Customer Service that offered their Terms and Conditions but nothing of any use in locating the flowers that failed to arrive. Don’t risk it, use somewhere else.”
