“Product was terrible. Assembled chair, and best suited to a giant or someone wirh a huge ass. Looked at returns policy then took chair to skip for recycling. Wont be buying from Atlantis again.”

Hi, I have emailed you as we haven't heard from you before you left this review. For anyone reading this negative review, the chair purchased was a 35 Stone-rated bariatric large chair, so this would be a positive review for this product! It's a large chair, designed to hold tall and heavier people. I am not sure what you mean by looked at our returns, You never contacted us, and if you felt you needed a smaller chair, we would have happily recommended some smaller chairs and made a swap. If you see this, just email us and we will be happy to help!
