Excellent semolina as many other flours from Mulino Marino BUT, terrible disappointment after finding out even this flour is fortified with synthetic vitamins......until the new regulations came into force (after Brexit) Bakery Bits and Mulino Marino were my only hope of buying organic unfortified flours....will not be paying higher prices for the fortified flour any more, sadly.

Arrived beautifully packaged. Had a sneak peak at the contents of the bag. The semolina flour looks nice and fine. This will be perfect for my next recipe of Moroccan bread.

After a visit to Puglia and tasting the pasta made from Durum semolina, I will never go back to "normal" or shop bought pasta. This flour makes the absolutely best pasta. Special taste and structure. If you have never tried it, please do yourself a favour, and give this flour a go in making pasta. You should not be disdappointed. Another highly recommended product

Thanks Abraham, Mulino Marino's semolina is really excellent, we use it in a 100% semolina loaf too, which gives a white loaf, a little more chewy than a while flour. Delicious.

Use this for dusting loaves before turning out for baking and for shaping pizzas. A little goes a long way so it's good value.

I pay the extra for this Durum semolina as it is so superior to the more commercial offerings. I use it for Italian breads at around 30% and for dusting dough as well. It is superb in Ciabatta doughs (30%), where I also use it as a bed for shaping and for dusting on top. Needless to say it is good for bannetons as well.

Seems to be good quality authentic semola flour. Gives my bread a nice crisp base and is useful when moving dough
