“A wonderful site for all bakers & makers !! Love their DCL Instant yeast 500grms pack, this is the best I've used . Lasts well when securely sealed, producing excellent rise time after time. Sicilian Lemon Extract has a wonderful aroma & taste for both sweet & savoury recipes. LittlePod pure chocolate extract super in cakes, delicious with hearty stews. “I recently bought an oval cast iron bread pan from Bakery Bits, and it's the best purchase I've made for a long time. The quality of my already good sourdough has improved, with a better spring, crisper crust, ang generally a better bake. Delivery was very fast, and I was delighted with the service Bakery Bits provided. The pan is heavy, certainly, but the quality of the bread is oh, so good! I love my pan and wouldn't be without it”

“We love Bakery Bits. If the flour we wanted is not available ate the time of reordering ther is always an alternative to try. It is wonderful to have such variety to select from, knowing that Bakery Bits wil only select the best to choose from. Since ordering the Brod and Taylor proofer things have gone from good to perfect every time. If you are uncertain about this product, don't be. It gives a good rise even in cold wet weather and the texture is wonderful.”

“What a cavern of delights for the Baker. Quality kit that you can trust and know that has been ethically sourced too. I can trust the products and know they will work. I can't look at this site without ordering something! Which was proved when I ended up making 2 ordered on the same day. A quick call to customer services was placed to combine the parcel and save some postage (and packing). They obliged quickly and without fuss, the customer service was impeccable. Highly recommended.”

“All items are carefully packed and delivered in good conditions. Their lames are sharp and lightweight, perfect for scoring my baguettes. Their T55 and T45 flour are of high quality, will definitely order them again.”
