“Found the perfect dough-scorer, sharp and with a protective cover for safety. Better than any I saw on Amazon and better value. Bakery Bits has lots of other items I'd like, once I get my sourdough starter working properly! Excellent service too with prompt delivery. Will definitely be back for more baking bits.”

“Placing the order was easy given the information on the site. My order arrived promptly but was missing an item. I rang up the next working day and spoke to a charming person who apologised and said she’d despatch this missing item immediately for fast delivery. It arrived the next day (23rd December). So what could have been a problem became an excellent solution due to personal and charming customer service. Well done and thank you.”

“This was my first purchase from this company and everything went well. Quick delivery and great products. The dough whisks are such good quality and lovely to use. “The range of ingredients, equipment and practical information is exceptional - and the quality of what they select has been 100% reliable. The investment in selecting quality is worth supporting. My last order went a bit wrong in delivery - the box had probably been tumbled and some contents spilled. It happens, but the customer service response was first rate. That kind of service is now rare and also worth supporting.”
