“My most recent success in bread baking was a prize winning fortified, mixed seed and grain brown loaf. Among the various flours used were Matthews Cotswold Crunch ancient grains and Matthews Dark Rye. Both supplied to me by Bakery Bits, and whose product range and customer service I believe are second to none.”

“Bakery bits is a reliable source of Flours and other baking additives, many of which are not easy to find elsewhere. Delivery has always been within the 3 to 5 day window advertised and when delivery items are damaged by the carrier Bakery Bits have always replaced the damaged items. It's hard to see how they could do a better job.”

“BB is my goto site for flour. I also needed a new starter having neglected keep mine up and running I ordered the dried wheat starter which is miraculous. BB are reliable, good quality and delivery is always spot on.”

“I contacted BakeryBits about a damaged bag of Rice Flour and they responded promptly and professionally. “The usual prompt service sees a cheerful DPD delivery man nonchalantly arriving some 48 hours later with a box weighing 15 Kg tucked under one arm. A big fan of the Mulino Molino Tipo 00 and this time also trying out the Molino Bongermino Semola Rimacinata. Will shortly be moving close to the mill at Warwick Bridge so there may be some competition.”

“Pleased with my bakestone, good quality and propmt delivery. However, would recommend seasoning the traditional way with salt and oil on the stove or barbeque rather in the oven as per the instructions as I found this method ineffective.”
