I have used this as a small addition to my loaves and it provides a lovely crunchy texture. It is also good added to biscuits. I have not made pasta so cannot comment on its suitability for that.

Use this semolina - Naples style- regularly to ensure the flour gives texture and flavour to my sourdough bread.
