Good quality, makes excellent pasta. Plastic free packaging, fast delivery. And Bakery Bits is not too far from here, so the food miles are ok. (Just a little too far to drive to pick up the goods.)

This semolina has help me make the best pizzas bases ever.It has a fine texture and a wonderful colour, and have used it to coat my ciabattas to help stop them sticking and improve texture and backed appearance.

Used this twice now, both times mixed with other flours (strong white and emmer), it produces a lovely sourdough loaf, very distinct and delicious flavour. Will definitely buy again, and a bigger bag.

Love this flour. Use to add some crunch to pizza dough, to top bread, and a little sprinkle on par boiled spuds works wonders for roast potatoes

This is my second bag of semolina flour and it is such high quality. It has a good strong yellow colour and i use it in my recipes from the sourdough club and always sprinkle in my tins before putting my bread into the tin and the bread just slides out.
