This semolina has help me make the best pizzas bases ever.It has a fine texture and a wonderful colour, and have used it to coat my ciabattas to help stop them sticking and improve texture and backed appearance.

Really invaluable for all bread-making, in my opinion. I use it in Italian breads and pasta and then as the ideal non-stick "flour" for all bread in Dutch ovens, on peels and on pizza stones. Lovely colour and great texture - makes your bread look more professional - also good on subs!

I am very happy with my results, and coming to order much more. I am using it with my Kenwood bronze estruder, and it has taken me some time to decide what flour to use. This seems a very good type for my needs.

I have used this as a small addition to my loaves and it provides a lovely crunchy texture. It is also good added to biscuits. I have not made pasta so cannot comment on its suitability for that.
