“I usUaly use 2 or 3 flours when I bake bread. Among other things, Matthews eight grain contains malted wheat flakes, rye flakes, oat flakes, malted wheat flour and various seeds. I used 25% of eight grain along with strong white and wholemeal flour and it added a real depth of flavour which was appreciated by the bread conoisseurs in my house.
