“Fantastic flavour - I misread it as 8 seed rather than 8 grain so I added pumpkin seeds to the dough and coated the loaf in sunflower seeds. It was much easier having the seeds in the flour rather than preparing them separately and adding to the dough later. I used Vanessa's overnight sourdough recipe. Good texture and crust and very tasty ,and makes great toast.”
