I recently purchased the Roasted Barley Malt Flour and am absolutely delighted with the results! I used it to make a Nordic-style rye bread, and the malt flour delivered a deep, rich color and an incredibly lovely and authentic taste. The quality of this malt is excellent—it added a wonderful complexity and a subtle, satisfying sweetness that took my bread to the next level. If you're looking to achieve that classic, deep malty flavor in your baking, especially for darker or rye breads, this product is highly recommended. It was the perfect ingredient to make my bread truly exceptional and very tasty. I will definitely be repurchasing!

Wow, what a find.... I make a soaker from this to add to my seeded sourdough; it tastes amazing and the colour it adds to my loaves looks fantastic.

Terrific product which enhances every variety of loaf that I make at home (only criticism would be P&P costs, which make it quite a costly addition) - but great product nevertheless
