“Superb fine dark flour with wonderful aroma. Have used at 1-2% in a number of bakes to give a rich brown colour especially in a sourdough loaf.”

“Great product, exactly what I wanted. I needed ground roasted barley malt, and I wasn't sure if this will be suitable as it's flour - but it works fine. Good addition to bread. Recommended.”
