Only baked with it once and it was pretty overpowered by the nut brown and barley malt but smells delicious

Bought this flour for my mother in law , for a special Irish recipe , we could not buy these ingredients in Canada, so had them shipped by Bakery bits , arrived a head of time , in perfect condition , now just waiting for the bread to be made. Great company great products.

Superb fine dark flour with wonderful aroma. Have used at 1-2% in a number of bakes to give a rich brown colour especially in a sourdough loaf.
