“I ordered a game for royal mail 48 hour delivery on a monday. The estimated delivery date given was thursday/friday. On Saturday I still didnt receive my game, so I contacted Zatu on messenger as their chat was not open. I was told that was still on its way from an external site and to wait another 3-5 working days. I had paid for 48 hour delivery, so requested refund on this only to be told that its not guaranteed and to wait. I then contacted them again the following monday, to be told its on back order - not what the first person told me. Ive cancelled my order and now have to wait another 5-10 working days for a refund. Awful service. Would not recommend buying from here!”

“This is one of the worst games we gave purchased/played. The only reason it got 3 stars is because the jigsaw is really nice. There are no real instructions on how to play this game, it is merely guesswork. We have played the London and as we bought the Paris one at the same we will complete the jigsaw and see how it goes from there.”
